And with each technological leap, including virtualization, cloud computing, and machine learning, we’ve made progress. Now, AI is entering the picture, and it has the potential to help us overcome some of QA’s most significant challenges. But can it truly live up to its promises?
1. Will using AI for QA create issues with regulatory compliance?
Using AI for quality assurance can introduce compliance risks if not carefully managed. Automated testing tools that rely on AI may process sensitive user data or make decisions that affect system behavior, potentially running afoul of data privacy laws like GDPR or HIPAA.
