CSE helped structure and mature Bell Canada’s QA practice to reduce development time and vendor costs in its 2020 5G rollout

Bell Canada was facing a problem: Costs were rising, and so was lead time, to maintain and improve a backend platform that manages mobile data usage and charging. CSE partnered with Bell Canada to transition the entire development process in-house and accelerate the maturity of its QA practice with goals to become more self-sufficient and cost-effective.

Through our managed services engagement, we helped Bell Canada ramp up implementation of DevOps tools, microservices, and agile processes. In the end, Bell’s team saw material improvements in processing and test execution time, and built a team that feels empowered to deliver more, with greater confidence.
