Joseph Pace

As the President of CSE, Joseph holds an unwavering commitment to achieving the pinnacle of customer satisfaction. With his adept leadership, he continually focuses on maximizing results by cultivating and managing robust business relationships, whether it’s with customers, partners, peers, or direct reports.

Joseph’s journey with CSE began in 2017 as the General Manager responsible for the consultancy practice and business operations. By April 2018, he was named President. Under his stewardship, CSE has witnessed the successful synchronization of sales and consulting endeavours, markedly enhancing the company’s overall financial performance through streamlined processes.

Prior to joining CSE, Joseph held several leadership roles responsible in the areas of management, sales support, and operations. He played key roles to lead and support strategic business transformation initiatives.

Outside of the office, Joseph enjoys reading, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
