Hon isn’t just one of the driving forces behind CSE; he’s a cornerstone of its growth story. Taking CSE from a tight-knit group of five to a bustling team of fifty, Hon’s dedication to the company’s upward trajectory is evident. Steering the ship, he’s managed everything from project delivery to financial performance, always with a keen focus on fostering strong client relationships and cementing CSE’s place as a go-to testing partner.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, Hon’s engineering background empowers him to approach business challenges with analytical rigor. Prior to his CSE journey, his work as an ASIC designer at ATI/AMD/Broadcom honed his systematic mindset. He gained valuable experience in designing and testing silicon chips-an experience that eventually led him to the world of Software Quality Assurance.

When he steps away from the business hustle, Hon gracefully transitions to the world of music. An accomplished pianist, he holds Associate Diplomas (ARCT) in piano performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music. These keys aren’t just about melodies; they’re a testament to his passion and dedication in all he does.

Hon is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
